Meet The Escapist Editor
Kaytie Bishop
Kaytie's passion for reading and storytelling started early in life. While growing up, her family always knew to find her curled up in a quiet spot with a book. Despite being an avid reader and writer all her life, it was not until later that she found her passion for helping other authors achieve their best. After joining a critique website seeking feedback for her work, she soon realized how fulfilling it was to offer other aspiring authors the same service. Since then, she has pursued her degree in English and honed her skills in order to offer her best to others.

Kaytie has an educational background in English, psychology, art, and linguistics. She continues to study these fields, developing her ability to apply behavioral psychology to the literary field. She has experience with the Chicago Manual of Style and AP style guides as well as sensitivity training.
